Baker Beth

Beth Levine grew up in rural upstate New York with a Jewish mother that loved to cook and bake. Beth’s mother ignited her passion for food with the time they spent together in the kitchen making healthy dinners and baked goods from scratch. As a teenager Beth began making and selling pastries to teachers and peers raising money to sustain her hobby and donate to charity. Beth’s focus turned to health and nutrition in college where she began cooking with alternative ingredients and making healthier desserts. After college Beth pursued her dream of proving allergen friendly meals and snacks to communities in New York until moving to Colorado to continue her entrepreneurial dreams.

Now with over a decade of experience, she has put a name to her business, Baker Beth Catering. This new business caters to people in Denver and surrounding areas that are interested in fun and creative vegan baked goods and opportunities to learn to make their own deliciousness from scratch at home. Baker Beth Catering believes in providing sustainable and recyclable or reusable packaging in order to limit the impact on the ecosystem. Colorado customers can order custom made food for parties, weddings, corporate events, celebrations or simply for their own pantries.

Chef Sean Ayers

Sean was born in raised in Charleston, SC. One of his first memories is cooking with his grandmother’s kitchen. Together they made classic meals for the family. Since then, there is no where else Sean would rather be.

Sean decided to pursue his dream of helping people experience joyful lives by providing excellent culinary experiences. He furthered his education when he went to study Culinary Arts at the Culinary Institute of Charleston. As well as work under many talented chefs in fine dining Charleston restaurants. Sean now specialized in Southern food and Asian cuisine.

Chef Sean took his fine dining skills and talents to Denver, CO in 2022. Beginning in 2023, Chef de Cuisine Sean Ayers joined our team. He uses his experience and taste to create fantastic menus for our customers. We are thrilled to have him on our team.
